Shipping Policy

Production & Shipping Timeline

Your order will go through two main phases:

  • Production Time: 3–5 business days to customize and prepare your item(s).
  • Shipping Time: 8–15 business days after production is completed.

Total Estimated Delivery: Approximately 11–20 business days from the date your order is placed.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Important Shipping Notes

The vast majority of packages arrive within the expected timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

  • All orders to the Middle East are shipped via Standard Shipping.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate (recipient name, phone number, detailed address).
  • Missing or incorrect information is the most common cause of delay.
  • For modified or complex custom orders, production time may increase by 1–2 days.

Reasons for Delivery Delays

Despite our best efforts, packages may occasionally be delayed due to:

  • Incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable address details
  • Local customs inspection and clearance procedures
  • Severe weather conditions or logistical disruptions
  • National holidays in the destination country

Did Not Receive Your Package?

If your order has not arrived 5 business days after the maximum estimated delivery period (20 business days total), please contact us.

We will initiate a trace with the carrier and, based on the investigation, offer a solution such as a RESEND or REFUND.

Import Duties & Taxes

Customs policies and import taxes vary by country in the Middle East.

  • Product prices do not include duties, taxes, or customs fees.
  • These fees are determined by local customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Payment of these fees may be required for package release.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • The total weight and dimensions of your order
