Payment – FAQs

1. Why was I charged an international fee?

Some banks charge international transaction fees depending on their policies. We recommend contacting your card provider to confirm their terms.

2. Why is my card getting declined?

Common reasons include:

  • Card not activated
  • Incorrect billing or card details
  • Expired card
  • Over credit limit
  • Suspected fraud requiring OTP verification
  • Closed account
  • Temporary bank system issue

If the issue persists, contact your bank or try PayPal checkout.

3. Why am I being double-charged?

If you received multiple order confirmation emails, you may have submitted duplicate orders. You can cancel the unwanted order immediately.

If only one confirmation email was received, the second charge is likely an authorization hold, which disappears automatically in 1–8 business days.

4. Do I need to pay import taxes or duties?

Customs policies vary by country. Some regions charge taxes or duties on arrival. These charges are not included in Noorize product prices.
